На tenderlvk.com і його піддоменах працюють внутрішні робочі застосунки для закупівель. Ними користуються лише власник і люди, яким він дав доступ. Застосунки зберігають дані, які вносять користувачі, і журнал дій. Головна сторінка і ця сторінка даних не збирають.

Які дані Google отримують застосунки

Під час входу кнопкою «Продовжити з Google»: ідентифікатор облікового запису Google, адресу пошти й позначку, чи Google її підтвердив, а також домен Google Workspace, якщо він є. Пароль Google, пошта, файли й контакти користувача застосункам недоступні.
Google Диск і Google Таблиці застосунки використовують лише від імені облікового запису власника або самого застосунку, щоб вести робочі таблиці й документи. Доступу до Google Диска користувачів вони не просять.

Як використовуються дані

Лише для входу й роботи застосунків. Дані не продаються, не використовуються для реклами, оцінки платоспроможності чи навчання моделей штучного інтелекту і не передаються іншим, окрім постачальників хостингу, потрібних для роботи застосунків, або коли цього вимагає закон.

Використання і передача застосунками tenderlvk.com будь-якому іншому застосунку інформації, отриманої від Google API, відповідає Google API Services User Data Policy, зокрема вимогам Limited Use.

Зберігання і захист

Дані зберігаються на сервері застосунків і в сховищах власника (Oracle Cloud, Cloudflare, Google Диск) та передаються лише захищеним з'єднанням. Доступ до них мають лише власник і адміністратори. Дані зберігаються, доки потрібні для роботи, а старі резервні копії видаляються автоматично.

Відкликання доступу і видалення даних

Доступ застосунку до вашого облікового запису Google можна відкликати на сторінці myaccount.google.com/permissions. Щоб отримати копію своїх даних, виправити або видалити їх, напишіть на адресу з розділу «Контакт».

Cookie

Застосунки ставлять лише технічний cookie сесії, щоб ви лишалися в системі після входу. Cloudflare може ставити власні технічні cookie для захисту від ботів. Рекламних cookie немає.

tenderlvk.com and its subdomains host internal work applications for public procurement. Only their owner and the people the owner has given access use them. The applications store the data users enter and an activity log. The home page and this page collect no data.

What Google user data the applications receive

When you sign in with the «Продовжити з Google» (Continue with Google) button: your Google account identifier, your email address and whether Google has verified it, and your Google Workspace domain, if you have one. The applications never receive your Google password and have no access to your email, files or contacts.
The applications use Google Drive and Google Sheets only on behalf of the owner's or the application's own Google account, to keep working spreadsheets and documents. They never ask for access to users' Google Drive.

How the data is used

Only for sign-in and to run the applications. The data is not sold, not used for advertising, for determining creditworthiness or for training artificial intelligence models, and not shared with anyone except the hosting providers the applications need to run, or when the law requires it.

The tenderlvk.com applications' use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Storage and protection

The data is stored on the application server and in the owner's storage (Oracle Cloud, Cloudflare, Google Drive) and travels only over encrypted connections. Only the owner and the administrators can access it. It is kept as long as the work needs it, and old backups are deleted automatically.

Revoking access and deleting data

You can revoke an application's access to your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To get a copy of your data, correct it or delete it, write to the address under «Contact».

Cookies

The applications set only a technical session cookie that keeps you signed in. Cloudflare may set its own technical cookies to protect against bots. There are no advertising cookies.
